There is a big difference between charging a fee and establishing a long-term client pricing model, and knowing the difference between the two is just the start of ensuring that you’re charging clients what you’re worth as a recruiter and as an agency. During this session, Greg will discuss one of the most challenging topics in the recruiting profession—pricing in today’s market—and how to think about the long-term benefits of “cornerstone pricing.” Among the topics he will address include rolling retainers, pricing conversions, using a MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) with already established clients, and more.
