Drea Codispoti, Network Director will then guide you through the TE Connect Events and help everyone understand how to maximize their networking efforts at the convention.

Objective: To facilitate connections among over 20 recruiters through a fast-paced Lightning Rounds Networking session, where participants will engage in discussions on key industry topics, exchange insights, and begin to build valuable relationships enhancing recruiting strategies and learning new things from your peers.

Instructions: The first person who sat down at the table is the moderator. Be sure to give others a time to share.  Each person introduces themselves by stating their name.  Then start the discussion based on the topics listed for the round.

Description: In this Networking Session, sit down with two separate selected groups of recruiters and discuss the topics that really matter and change the course of your business. This is an iron-sharpening-iron knowledge exchanging session where members unite to help one another's business. Conquer topics such as, planning for slow times, new sourcing tools and methods, and candidate and client psychologies. 

Objective: Discussion Group objectives are clear: to share ideas, solve problems, and strengthen your businesses. Work together to overcome obstacles, drive growth, and ensure the continued success of our recruiting businesses.
