Drea Codispoti, Network Director will then guide you through the Convention Events and help everyone understand how to maximize their networking efforts at the convention.

Sustained success in sales requires several key components: consistent activity, willingness to learn, likeability and sociability, and persistence just to name a few. But one area that is often overlooked is adopting the right mindset with our sales approach. In this session, we will actually cover not one, but four mindsets that can turbocharge you and your team’s sales results. 

1.      Performance – Do we want to perform at a high level, do we know what we need to do to get there, and are we willing to do what’s needed over and over again?

2.      Value – How do we approach prospects from a value perspective rather than a selling approach?

3.      Long Game – Are we approaching sales activity with a transactional method (as almost all do), or do we approach sales with a long game mindset that provides residual benefits that build over our career?

4.      Mastery – How do we get better every day, becoming more and more productive with the same amount of time?

The Sheraton II room will be hosted from 9:00-11:00 AM and 1:00 -4:30 PM by a member of the Top Echelon Staff (either River Kale or Todd Bossler) to answer any of your support questions and needs regarding the software or making more placements in the Network. Kate Tack, Top Echelon' Lead Product Designer will be demonstrating some of the new designs and features in future updates as well as seeking your feedback on the software. Kate is collecting new ideas that drive her team to design the system that successfully runs your agency.

Objective: To facilitate connections among over 20 recruiters through a fast-paced Lightning Rounds Networking session, where participants will engage in discussions on key industry topics, exchange insights, and begin to build valuable relationships enhancing recruiting strategies and learning new things from your peers.

Instructions: The first person who sat down at the table is the moderator. Be sure to give others a time to share.  Each person introduces themselves by stating their name.  Then start the discussion based on the topics listed for the round.
 
Each round is 20 minutes.
